Life Spring Health Foods was established by Mr. Kim, the current owner, in 1977 at the age of 24. It began as a husband/wife duo and has since grown into one of the largest supplement retailers in Chicago.
Over the past four decades, Mr. Kim has built Life Spring Health Foods into the trusted vitamin store customers know, love, and rely on. In the beginning, he worked eighty-hour weeks—and even showed up at the store on the morning of his own wedding.
